10th Annual OAGA Golf Tournament

Description	The Omaha Amputee Golf Association will hold it's 10th Annual 4-Person Scramble. Registration Forms available at Dodge-Riverside Golf Course, On-line at www.oaga.org or from SecretaryOAGA@gmail.com. This Tournament benefits the Amputees Scholarship Fund for Amputees and family members in their continued education. Shotgun Start at 12:00 Noon. Pin Prizes, Meal After event, Raffles, Chance for Hole-In-One for $500.00. Chance to make a 60' Putt for $250.00.
Cost	$90.00 per Person - 360.00 per Team
