Description

Lincoln Parachute Club Drop
The Strategic Air Command and Aerospace Museum will be hosting the Highway 66 Concourse Classic Car Show on July 22-23. The show will feature an opening event at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 22 with the Lincoln Sport Parachute Club performance that includes a flag presentation with four parachute jumpers landing in formation. The Lincoln Sport Parachute Club (LSPC) is Omaha’s closest United States Parachute Association (USPA) skydiving center. They operate from the LSPC-owned Brown’s Airport in Weeping Water, Nebraska, and host large skydiving events at the Plattsmouth Airport just outside of Plattmouth, NE. During these large skydive events, LSPC features one or more large Twin Otter airplanes capable of flying 23 skydivers to approximately 13,500 feet (the highest in Nebraska) in just under fourteen minutes. Concourse Classic attendees and other museum guests are invited to join us for this event, the car show, and to come inside to see all that the museum has to offer. The museum is open 9 am to 5 pm daily and general admission is $12 for adults, $11 for seniors and military, and $6 for youth ages 4-12. The show is free for members and open to the public. General admission applies but the show is included in general admission.

Cost $12 for adults, 11 for seniors and military, and 6 for youth ages 4-12
