Celebrity Fight Night to Raise Money for Terence Crawford’s B&B Sports Academy Hot off his New York City pay-per-view world championship win, Terence “Bud” Crawford is ready to step back into the ring as a coach. Crawford and his team will host a local celebrity fight night to benefit his B&B Sports Academy in North Omaha. This 2nd Annual star-studded event will take place June 27th at Creighton’s D.J. Sokol Arena located at 701 Florence Blvd. in Omaha. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with the first bout starting at 7:00 p.m. The all-star lineup includes four match-ups with local celebrities and local celebrity judges: • metroMAGAZINE CEO/Publisher Andee Hoig vs. KFAB’s Meghan Bird • 1620 the Zone’s Mike Stibbs vs. radio and podcast host Pat Safford of Pat & JT • Former Husker and Motivational speaker Aaron Davis vs. Former Creighton basketball star and CEO of Abide Josh Dotzler • Creighton Men’s Soccer Coach Johnny Torres vs. Creighton Women’s Basketball Coach Jim Flanery Celebrity judges include former NFL quarterback Sage Rosenfels, KAT 103.7’s Gina Melton, B&B Sports Academy Executive Director and 1620 the Zone radio host Damon Benning, and KETV Sports Director Andy Kendeigh. Terence “Bud” Crawford and trainer Brian “Bomac” McIntyre will serve as coaches and businessmen Jay Lerner and Willy Theisen will be cornermen. Don’t miss out on this fun event!
