Community Guide

Desert Ministries is dedicated to serving the frail elderly living in nursing homes. Many of them experience severe feelings of abandonment and loneliness. We recruit and train people to be befriend them and to be advocates for them. We serve them regardless of their religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.
