Christian Home Association- Children's Square U.S.A. has been making a difference in the lives of children and families for over 126 years. Originally an orphanage and home for the elderly and infirm, the organization has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. Based in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Children’s Square U.S.A. also has offices under the name Child Connect in Sioux City, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska.

Services include educational classes and counseling services, emergency shelter services for children, services for runaway and homeless youth, grades 1-12 special education, residential treatment for children and adolescents experiencing serious emotional disorders, and aftercare services for young adults who have aged out of foster care. The organization also recruits, trains and supports resource families in Iowa and Nebraska and works with the children who are placed and their biological families. Early childhood care and education is provided by Children's Center, affiliate of Christian Home Association - Children’s Square U.S.A
