- Take meditation seriously.
- Practice self love by getting a massage, taking a scented shower, etc.
- Look for Aunt Nelly's good qualities. Try a different perspective. Aunt Nelly won't change, but you will feel amazing.
- Take the time to call someone who experienced a loss or might be alone this year.
- Live every moment in a way that honors the fact that you might be crossing someone's path for the last time.
- Write your new year's goals now. Why wait until New Years? Do it now! Make that a policy!
