UNMC research study shows caffeine negatively affects children

Dr. Warzak is the lead author on a study in this week’s edition of The Journal of Pediatrics.



The study determined that 75 percent of children are consuming caffeine on a daily basis and that caffeine consumption does impact the quality of their sleep.

The study is being covered by national media around the country. Media doing the story include the New York Times, Time Magazine, CNN, ABC News, NBC News, Discovery News, and MSNBC.
