The model includes local businesses hiring teams of four students with each student working one day each week at that business.

The proceeds go to the school to help pay for the student’s education. The model has been very successful throughout the country. The students learn to dress properly, to be punctual, learn respect for others and grow in maturity and good judgment within a business atmosphere.
