CampFire USA Pinot, Pigs, and Poetry
On June 11th, Pinot, Pigs & Poets celebrated its inaugural year with a sold-out event at Happy Hollow Club.
Over $20,000 was raised for the Camp Fire Food Program. Chairpersons included Jody and Gayle Carstens, Terri and Jack McDonnell, and Cindy and Brian Leiferman.
Guests enjoyed Hog Heaven cuisine from the Boiler Room Restaurant, Dante Pizzeria Napoletana, Gusto Cuban Café, mahogany Prime Steakhouse, Ryan’s Bistro, Stokes, Taxi’s and Twisted Fork. All of the pork dishes were served with samplings of over 30 Pinot Noir wines, which were judged earlier in the day and a winner was announced during the evening.
