Brick House Tavern + Tap Opens in Omaha

Ultimate man cave offers 70+ beers, American food classics, 30 TVs and girl-next-door service.

The perfect introduction to a new year, a man-centric neighborhood gathering spot — Brick House Tavern + Tap — is now open in Omaha. Warm hospitality, a seemingly endless assortment of beers, an all-season patio, and American foods will quickly make Brick House a favorite place to escape. Located at 701 North 102nd St., the Omaha Brick House Tavern + Tap opened Jan. 7. It is the first Brick House location in Nebraska.

When guys arrive at Brick House, they can take a seat at the indoor/outdoor bar or head to the “Rec Room” to lounge in soft leather recliners featuring built-in beer glass holders. TV trays are available to hold mouth-watering favorites such as Kobe Burger or the Gun Show Burger. Dining and drinking in front of eye-level HD TVs makes Brick House just like home — only better! Guests also can venture outside to unwind around the fire pit on the covered patio. With 30 TVs, every seat is a great place to watch guests’ preferred sports!

“We could not be more excited to be opening our doors in Omaha,” said General Manager Jason Cockell. “Brick House Tavern + Tap is an entirely unique gathering spot for people looking to enjoy a beer and wonderful food while relaxing with friends or watching a game.” Serving up ice cold brewskies and Tavern Fish and Chips are the Brick House Girls, an all-female, girls-next-door service team. Brick House Tavern + Tap will employ about 160 full- and part-time employees determined to provide guests with the ultimate man-cave dining and drinking experience.

More than 70 beers are available at Brick House — served as many ways as one can imagine! Whether guys are looking for an affordable can of PBR or a no-nonsense 40-ounce bottle nestled in a stainless steel pail, there is an option for every beer lover. Guests can even order their cold one in a custom-built, glass beer tower that pays tribute to old college days (a.k.a. beer bongs).

Brick House is the place where locals and imports unite! Men who prefer a local taste can enjoy flavors from community breweries, including Lucky Bucket, Empyrean and Nebraska Brewing Co., while others savor a Belgian brew. For guys craving something other than a traditional beer, Brick House will tempt taste buds with beer cocktails. Signature beer-infused drinks include the Milwaukee Margarita and other beers with a kick such as the French Kiss, the Dirty Blonde and Jacked Up.

The Brick House menu is filled with craveable food. “We are talking enticing plates of all-American food, kicked up to a whole new level,” said Cockell. Starters include Meat Loaf Sliders and Zucchini Curls, while featured entrées include the Big Boy Prime Rib sandwich and Chicken and Waffles.

In the end, Brick House Tavern + Tap is all about having a relaxing good time. “We pride ourselves in dispensing happiness to the common man,” said Cockell. “We hope to become a sanctuary for community firefighters, corporate executives, little league coaches and other local heroes.”
